Forced Safe Mode just went live. Go into your account settings to check for the changes.

It took me a bit to figure out that if you’re on iPhone the safe mode isn’t in the settings menu in the app. Go to your phone’s settings app, then scroll down to Tumblr, and it’s in there…

Hey so yeah on my mobile app “safe mode” was on by default, heads up to check your settings for anything weird that may have moved.

Tumblr’s insistence on pushing app updates with no notification of what actually changed or was added is so exasperating.

Yep, I definitely had safe mode off before, checked my settings and it was on.
